Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a client's team in California. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account information.
• Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure resolution.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $21 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
